Bored out of my mind, i decided to create another pokemon OC. So, here is Flan the Swalot chef

dislikes: people (or pokemon) eating his food before it is prepared, rat pokemon (since rats in a kitchen means an unclean area), people (or pokemon) not liking his cooking, cheapskates.
bio: He use to live in Hoenn as a chef's pokemon at a popular resturant until he was replaced by a Mr. Mime. He traveled from region to region cooking for the local pokemon since a pokemon as a chef is unheard of. It was until he opened a place called "House of Flan" which was located next to Moneybag's shop that he had a permanent place to do what he loved, cook good food at reasonable prices. He also has a french accent
